DOMESTIC ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Orders will be processed in 1-2 working days. All orders are despatched via courier and will arrive 3-5 working days from placement of order (Major City Centres). Outlying areas may take 5-10 working days depending on 2nd party courier. If our courier does not service your area, we will send Postnet to Postnet. There are over 350 conveniently situated Postnet locations. Postnet deliveries are 3-5 working days.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please email email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the garment.
If you would like to exchange an item, please do so within 5 working days of delivery. To arrange please request an exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note the garment must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and UNDAMAGED, with the swingtag still attached. Once we have received your item, the exchanged garment will be delivered to you at a service fee of R 99,00.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND DELIVERY
International orders are shipped through registered mail with a tracking number. Progress can be tracked online. We quote 7-21 working days delivery. Customs and Import Duties levied by the receiving country are the Purchasers responsibility. We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit and we do not accept returns on International orders. Postage charges is levied as follows for postage on ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
1 to 3 Tees - R350
4 to 6 Tees - R500
Please contact us should you wish to order more than 6 tees in order for us to quote you for postage.
